So frustrated re: my novel/thesis. Will I ever finish it? Has anyone ever heard people say, "You really just throw away your first novel, anyway"? Well, I have, and I'm sick of it, even though I haven't heard it for a while. I don't WANT to throw it away. I want to finish it, and I have -- three times already. Does that mean I've thrown away my first THREE novels? Please someone, give me some advice. I have only six months until my defense, you know.

There are ladybugs everywhere. I relocated four from the living room earlier. Three buzzed happily out the kitchen window, but the forth sat on the outside sill, honestly looking a little pale. Maybe she was just another breed, but she (he?) looked like he (she?) might not make it. I should go check.

Oh and I think Trick or Treat is starting!

Anyone know where the poppyseeds on, say, a Schwebel's Everything bagel come from? I mean, I could look this up on my own, but why bother?
